I got to thinking about the lyrics and it occurred to me that there is no Effington in Il. It's Effingham.
Perhaps Ben has an aversion to pigs.
Any rate, you probably remember that Normal Il is the home of Steak and Shake.
When the mayor of Effingham heard about the Ben Folds lyrics he offered to have him buried in their local cemetery.
